The actual values and time spent on a job can be compared to the budget values for any job, over any period, by any product, customer or group.

Work periods can be reviewed in real time providing managers with the ability to monitor and track job details for an individual employee and a particular job on the production line

Bar code sheets can be produced for all jobs with a number allocated to each job within each process. Employees simply scan to the next job using a barcode reader which in turn is registered by the CaptureIT Job Costing Software.

You can create jobs in the software that are not yet live using the 'effective date' feature. This allows you to forward plan but prevents bookings to that job prior to it becoming live.

As an alternative to bar code readers direct entry can be made via the keypad on a Job Costing terminal or on a standard PC. In both cases an employee enters a job number and operation number to clock on a job. There is no need to book off the previous job or operation.

The Job Costing Software can also be installed on a Mobile Phone, Laptop or iPad; providing more versatile solutions for employees that travel. Individual’s productivity is automatically updated on the CaptureIT Job Costing Software enabling real-time and detailed reports to be produced.
